Overall it was a rollercoaster of emotions on the first day. From the room not being ready at the check in time. To the key not being in the key box. As well to getting accused from the check my guest employee that I took it. When even the cleaner said there was no key in the box. After the first day the stay was amazing. I don’t know if I’ll stay at the location again after everything I went through on the first day.
