I stayed here a month and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Vrbo. Highlights include: no heat in February, WiFi so spotty it wouldn't support FaceTime calls, no microwave, a kitchen so poorly furnished it was basically unusable, a hot water heater that only allowed for a 5 minute shower before turning ice cold, and an extremely uncomfortable couch. Talking to customer service required submitting tickets to three different companies, all of whom took days to get back to me. When a repairman finally came, it was 10:30pm (I was alone and didn't speak the language) and he didn't fix the issues, because it was just a kid on his phone. I was also not charged the full amount by Vrbo, but one of the random companies. I'd used Vrbo to get the United miles, but couldn't do that since Vrbo didn't charge me. The company also charged a fee of 68 to check in two hours early. The location is great, but the value for the amount of money I spent was absurd. No idea how there are so many positive reviews. Would not recommend.

We were on a sisters trip and the place was perfectly suited to our needs. Located on the first floor, ascending to the apartment was a breeze.Our host Jonathan met us upon arrival and provided us with information about the apartment and promptly responded to any inquiries via text.
