We were sent to our room and the cleaner was in there. It was difficult to get permission to go the 40th floor, staff a little unattentive on reception. Female staff member in downstairs bar showed no personality or interest in being there. The shower in the room was also a bit odd.

Staff were rude, waited 9 hours for an extra pillow and toilet paper. Booked and paid for access to the executive lounge which I was then told via email it was closed at the moment - and remained so for our whole stay. I then emailed asking who to speak to for a refund regarding this and I am still waiting on a reply 5 days later despite contacting them again. Also the swimming pool was 1/4 empty of water and freezing cold - the one time we managed to get into it. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here, I will be seeking money back!

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. We appreciated the option to have an additional bed. I didn’t give a 5 stars due to 2 issues. It took 4 hours for the staff to bring missing towels and toilet paper. In between we went to the reception to take care of it. My suggestion is to communicate in case of short staffing and to propose alternatives like going directly to the concierge. Not a problem for me. Second we had an issue with the lights. We could not switch off the lights without removing the key from the box at the entry of the room. There was no instructions on how to manage this. It seems we should have swiped the card outside of the room to fix it. Good luck for the future, no big issues, easy fixes.

J’ai trouvé le personnel plus aimable et professionnel que lors de mes visites antérieures. Les lieux sont bien entretenus et l’on y trouve les commodités nécessaires. Restaurant agéable. Néanmoins, les 4 étoiles semblent être fondées sur le fait de répondre aux critères de base requis, plus qu’au niveau de qualité y correspondant, selon moi. Pour ce séjour le prix fût raisonnable - bon ratio qualité/prix.

I had an unfortunate experience , but after complaining the manager did compensate me but that was after they changed my room , 4 times because of malfunction of bathroom /s and mostly dirty with lots of black long hairs in the bed sheets and pillows and not to mention dirty floors in the ea of the rooms

Everything was great until I asked them to call me a taxi to the airport and they brought me a “private chauffeur” (a guy in kia, basically a taxi) and it cost me an enormous amount for a 15 minute ride to the airport. This would normally cost me 1/5 of the price. Left a sour taste after a pleasant stay.
