Arrived to vomit on the floor in the reception area which was left for the whole time our party of 10 checked in, up to an hour. Two of the party came down with vomiting during our stay. Arrived home after two nights and realised that the hotel had taken £44.34 from my bank account without permission, which was not the tourist tax as that had already been taken, and I had not eaten at the hotel or had anything from the minibar. I was also given a receipt with another persons name and details on it aswell as an email addressed to someone else. This is totally unprofessional and breaches confidentiality. I have not been refunded this amount as the hotel are saying they have no receipt of the money the took, even though I have sent them proof of the amount and that the hotel had taken it. My bank has been informed and am still waiting for my money to be returned to my bank account.

Very well located this is a nice hotel with recently updated rooms. A few staff members not very friendly but most of them were great.

Excellent location; two mins walk to Champs Elysee, lots of small cafe and restaurants on the street. Room was very good size, clean, comfortable, air conditioned. We loved our time at this hotel and found it to be a great location where we were able to enjoy Paris in walking distance to attractions, shopping and food. The staff were very pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. The room was very clean and a lovely balcony to have our morning coffee. Thank you!

Hotel is a small place ,but in a perfect area But,please be aware of the problem this hotel has and no one mentioned it.half of the hotel on the garden side has an appartement above it.tanent make noisea all day night and day.loud noises and hotel is aware and can't do anything about it.i brought it to the front desk attention and theh say they know and cant do anything .my room was 002 and apartment above me didnt even consider there is a hotel room below and people need to rest.
