Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great location.

Pros: It's spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. They responded extremely quickly to email enquiries and requests.
Cons: The room was quite small for a twin (the beds had to be pushed together).
Location: It's a few minutes' walk from Gare du Nord, a few doors down from a supermarket and a lovely little plaza with bakeries and cafes.
We only stayed a couple of nights, but because we had such a short time in Paris the hotel location was really important to us.
