The WiFi is awful. It barely works downstairs but doesn’t work at all in the rooms. We had a suite and it was quite small. The shower is impossible to take one and not get the majority of the tiny bathroom floor soaked. The staff was helpful but the gentleman in the bar at night had terrible body odor. The location near train stations is ideal for local travel via subways and other travel by train.

Great breakfast buffet, friendly and excellent service by the staff. What we love about this Hotel was the close proximity to Eurostar. Area were very close to tourist spots. A great hotel to stay at.

An absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were a good size, very clean and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We stayed with two young children and they loved the hotel. Buffet was great and overall a real gem of a hotel that we will definitely stay at again.
