Excellent location, 30 secs from metro. View from balcony was ace. 24hr opening great for late return. Lots of bars and cafes super closeby. Safe clean family friendly area. Will come back

Quiet and comfortable!

My wife and I recently had a 4 night stay at the Hotel Marais Bastille. It was a very pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and we loved how the window opened to the street so we could let a nice breeze flow through the room. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The closet had a small fridge and a safe. The common area of the hotel was small and quaint. It’s not a big or busy hotel and you are off seeing the city most of the time so you don’t need all the frills anyway. We opted for the breakfast each day and we were glad to have done so. It had breads, croissants, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruits, jams, yogurts etc and all were delicious, especially the coffee!! The staff was friendly as well. This made for a great home base and the area was central. The metro is across the street and is a great way to get around the city quickly. All in all it was a great stay and we were happy with our choice

Staff were helpful and friendly! Nice entrance and hotel is staffed 24/7. Easily accessible to multiple metro stations. Our room definitely needs updating in terms of wall paper and obvious water damage to the walls and baseboards. They kindly replaced the safe which wasn’t working. They kindly fixed the shower issue. The bed was very comfortable. Can be noisy during the day with the windows open but we slept very well with the ear plugs provided. Excellent boulangeries nearby. We enjoyed discovering the Bastille area.

They were very accommodating since I arrived. Staff is friendly, helpful and overall efficient. Great property within walking distance from most major city attractions. I like to walk so it took about 15-20 mins to walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre and many restaurants and coffee shops. They made my first time in Paris truly a great experience. 10/10 would stay there for my next visit.

Ideal short stop over spot

Short business stay in Bastile, and this hotel was a great little find. Ideally located near the metro, and only a few minutes from the event I was attending. Hotel was very clean, nice bedrooms and very clean. Breakfast was sparse for the cost, however, there are plenty of great little cafes within a minute or two’s walk.
