Beautiful exterior and interior, but a little outdated. The bathrooms especially the shower/tub is a slip hazard. Room smelt like smoke even though it was non smoking. Asked to get the room cleaned and they came in at 5pm while I was in the bathroom - didn’t knock just opened the door and yelled “service”. It would have been nice for them to clean the room earlier in the day. The taxis out the front will scam you! I got scammed twice. Area is nice with lots of shopping.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before and always had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, the service this time was very disappointing. I arrived at midnight with a sleeping child in one arm and a suitcase in the other, and the doorman simply stood and watched without offering any assistance. The property needs more care, our shower never worked well, everything else was perfect and beautiful, restaurants and Bars were awesome. Super service, prompt and clean, safe and friendly

A wonderful stay in a wonderful friendly hotel. The only thing was the big conference taking up the entire garden and bar areas limiting guests severely for usage of all the facilities.
