From the minute we arrived it felt special. The concierge was very welcoming and helped us with our lunch and dinner choices. The front desk staff on multiple days were very helpful and friendly too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Great location too; close to the ET and metro.

Amazing staff. Adel was a super concierge. The ladies at the front were friendly and made use feel welcome the entire stay. The late night staff was fantastic in relaying messages to the day crew. This place is in a perfect and are location. Jay, miles and Alex in the bar and breakfast crew might be their best employees. Great advice on where to go and a good time.
