Stayed there after a day in Paris pre-Disney. Family room was a good size. Room had aircon but not the best. Staff were friendly. Excellent location near to lots of restaurants and amenities and Gare du Nord station which you can go straight to from airport then only €2.55 all the way to Disney

This location is good if you have a train to catch at gare du nord or gare de l’est. It is not for tourist families. Check in and out were both excellent and the staff was helpful. public transportation is close and plentiful.

The room we were assigned are so small without much movement. Safe deposit is on top of the cabinet that was so high and cannot be reached. Looks very old and dirty as well as the hair dryer that is not working beside the safe box and very filty (hacky). The bathroom though looks newly renovated and clean but the room is dark and very small. Though the staff are so helpfull and very nice and offer a 2 days free breakfast to compensate with the elevator that was not working on the building where our room is located.

Couldn’t control our own room temp. Room very small and unkempt. Cleaning, which wasn’t much, not done daily or well. Mouse traps in bathroom. Whilst there a false alarm fire, lift not working for a few hours and no hot water. The only saving grace was Alexa on reception who was very accommodating Apart from that not a great experience. We will never use this hotel and potentially Expedia for having this on their sit.

The staff were great and the use of the luggage storage before checkin was handy. The hotel was close to the station which was perfect. The room was clean, although the carpets a bit dated, the walls are quite thin and you can hear the toilet above flushing every time really loudly. But for a short overnight stay was fine and lovely restaurants for dinner close by.
