This apartment is located in the center of Paris near the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, very commercial and lively streets, known for their numerous cafés and restaurants.
The apartment is located at the corner of the Grands Boulevards
Studio of 21m2 on the 2nd floor without elevator which includes :
- Living room with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
You will find the Musée des Arts et Métiers only 450 meters away.
