Welcome to our sublime 22 m2 studio located on the 1st floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Central location: You will be ideally located to explore Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants and tourist attractions are within walking distance.



Kitchen equipment: The studio is equipped with an American kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.



Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.



Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

Smart Tv, Wifi



A laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines, irons, and ironing boards is available free of charge in the building
