The hotel was under extremely noisy renovation. Our first room was intolerable, as if the metal saws and jackhammers were in our room. We asked to be moved. The second room was better, although one day when we came back around 3:00, it was quite loud, and we had to leave until they stopped at 5:00. I am extremely disappointed in EXPEDIA for not alerting us to this serious problem. It is impacting my confidence in their recommendations. (The web site for the hotel indicated the work would be done this past summer.) The outdoor cafe was lovely and the staff was very nice.

Outstanding customer service and excellent location. There was some noise from the hotel’s ongoing construction, but it wasn’t too disruptive and didn’t take away from the overall experience.
You can rent a bike right outside the hotel and ride along the Seine for views like this.

What I loved most about this hotel is the convenience — the metro is literally a 1-minute walk, and there are tons of restaurants around. The only downside was that it was under construction, so no lobby or bathroom access. But overall, I’d still recommend it!

Sorry I cannot provide much of a review as I spent the vast majority of my time outside of the hotel exploring what Paris had to offer. I can say the location was great. I assume the proximity to the shopping mall and metro brings out some interesting characters especially at night. Looking forward to the end of the renovations.

Amazing hotel in a great location with super friendly staff! Close to shops, bars, restaurants, metro/train. Complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival and great location for sightseeing using the Metro. Walking distance from Louvre and Notre Dame and close by parking at St Eustache if driving. Our room even had a view of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame! Would definitely return. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of everything. However, the property is currently under construction, so there’s some noise and a few unsightly areas. Without that, it would be perfect. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris.
