This hotel is extremely convenient for golf & Disney. They have a free shuttle running all day that will take you to and from Disney. The golf course clubhouse is a walk across the street. Pool & sauna are nice as well. The rooms are large, clean and very nice. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. 5/5

Comfy bed, standards fell short of expectations

Handy location for Disney and secure parking. Considering a four star, the corridors are littered with room service meals that haven’t been collected. The pool is nice once you are in, but again no towels provided, changing rooms not the best, and the approach is filthy. Hotels.com members were not offered the promised 20% of dining etc.

Great hotel for visiting Disney parks, the shuttle bus is available every half hour all day and take your right to the Disney entrance. You can also get the train from there straight into paris for sight seeing! Perfect location for both! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was excellent! All staff were very friendly and ententive. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel needs some updates. The staff are well trained and are working in a hotel thats slowing falling apart. The lobby was nice but the rooms need some work. The breakfast was average. Shuttle to Disney was nice but wont bother to stay here ever again.

ARE WE IN THE RIGHT ROOM?

Lots of improvement needed at this establishment. We stayed here over the holiday season while visiting Disney. On arrival our room had been setup for a family (we were a couple), with literature for the previous guest left in the room. We also arrived to an empty bottle of champagne and glasses outside our room on arrival, this added to confusion. We thought we had been given the wrong room or another guest had already checked into the room. The empty champagne and glasses were not collect until the following evening. Reception were adamant that the room was ours, so sent someone to fix. The room had not been cleaned to a high standard and lots of long dark hair was found all over the room. I wouldn’t go as far to say that the room was “dirty” just very untidy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly from the previous guests. The biggest let down from the whole stay was breakfast. The team were not allergen trained and were very confused about Gluten and what foods contained gluten. They had an allergy system in place but I was told to ignore it, as everything had already been cross contaminated, completely contradicting their system and making it very unsafe for people with allergies. I did try to provide this feed back at breakfast… I hope it was passed on. This place is great base to stay while visiting Disney but it is DEFINITELY NOT a place to stay for a holiday or a relaxing retreat. If you have any food allergies, bring your own food with you, it is not safe!
