The wifi did not work even after asking staff for help. The netflix on the tv did not connect and the phone in the room did not work.

A very good hotel with a great design, particularly for people who love to watch aircraft take-off and land. I was confused about whether the in-house dining options. All the indications were that there was a restaurant, but I could only see a grab and go option. Dining and bar arrangements were very confusing resulting in my having to go out for dinner, which I did not want to have to do.

24hr check in was good. Reception was on top floor. Shower wet whole bathroom. Water didn’t go directly down the drain.
