Love the close proximity to both the airport and Mascot eateries. We find it a comfortable walk even with our suitcases. Rooms are clean and well set-up but could use a second pillow and better reading lights. Roof top bar offers great happy hour drinks and wonderful airport views of planes taking off and landing. Have stayed a few times and have had really good sleep quality without lots of noise. Will be our regular from now on 😄

Wow. Wow. I booked this property based on price, but I had no idea on how I would be amazed by the staff. Mohini was a stand out. Attentive, helpful and just downright amazing. The staff at the restaurant in the morning were also amazing. I’ve stayed at many hotels but the personalised service here was exceptional. Well done! I will be back!

Great hotel but staff need consistency

This was probably my 12th stay at the hotel, and it really is one of the gems of the Sydney hotel scene. Great rooms and a great location. I did request a room at the back, which has never been a problem in the past when it can be accommodated , but this time the check-in agent told me to be placed in a room at the back meant I would downgrade my booking. No one has ever told me that before and the rooms at the back are as good as the rooms at the front so it would not have been a downgrade. Still, the agent just refused to even consider it - and that was very strange.

Great service, helpful staff, beds too soft.

Bed was way too soft, sinking into it soft. The young man checking us in on the morning shift .. was amazing! Very helpful!! The view from the check in area from the top floor was nice... u could see the airport. Its about 15min walk to the terminal 2 and about the same to the subway station mascot.

The hotel was ideal for airport flight i had booked. The rooms were had everything i needed for an overnight stay and felt clean..However, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming and i felt they weren't really bothered that a paying guest had just arrived but more that they were doing me a favour, it felt a little uncomfortable to be honest..Maybe after staying at two other hotels recently which had superb customer service and were really welcoming, and with all the airport staff being so attentive and caring that i have had such a good experience which reflected badly on them... Having said that the Morning reception staff - no complaints the guy was really helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Citadines was based on (walking) location to Sydney Airport. There are snack, bar & breakfast options available on the top floor, which had a view over the airport. These are plenty of dinning choices & an easy walk to Botany Rd about 1-1.5km.
