I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room layout is odd and check in is on top floor, which is a hassle when loading baggage up and down the floors. Customer service is terrible. Rude and not helpful. Only redeeming quality is proximity to airport and bed is comfortable.

The hotel was in a good area, very convenient and close to the airport. The reception was on the top floor and had great views of the airport and surrounding area. The bed was so comfortable and clean, the best bed I stayed in during my whole trip and felt great after a long travel day. The bath products were high quality and felt good on my skin. There’s also a shower in the washroom in the lobby which is convenient for showering if your room isn’t ready yet or before your flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the airport. It’s also a convenient distance to downtown Sydney, only about 15 minutes walk to Mascot transit station and then 15-20 minutes on the train.
