Our 1 bed apartment was spot on for 4 adults and a child. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use the breakfast room but it all looked very nice. Easy walk from train station, big shopping centre close by with supermarkets, one train stop from Disney Paris, had a lot of families staying, and a small kitchenette. Good size bedroom and bathroom, a bit dated but served the purpose as you only sleep there. Would stay again.
