The property was old with poor maintenance you can see crack in the walls with chip paint that needed to be fixed. no proper heating system. we have to asked for portable heater. this is not family friendly hotel in America this is like a cheap Motel. very disappointed

Appalling - chaotic and unsafe
I arrived late in the evening to be told all shuttles were booked for the following morning (the entire reason for staying here). Then, worst of all, I was given my key and I went to my room, opened it to find it was occupied and people were sleeping in the bed. The man at the front desk brushed this off and said getting the wrong room key and entering someone’s room while they slept happened a lot. I made the decision to leave at that point. In all of my traveling experience, I’ve never had this happen.

Very nice stay
We definitely enjoyed the buffet for both dinner & breakfast. Tasty and convenient. They upgraded our room complimentarily. We took a taxi from the airport (16 €) to get to the Hotel when we arrived. The shuttle in the morning to the airport was prompt and efficient. Not a very convenient location if you are planning further trips to downtown Paris (80 € taxi ride, or perhaps less to get to an RER station). We plan on returning here to further explore the Roissy-en-France area.
