This 4800 sq. ft. Park City Mountain home is in the premier Park City neighborhood of Park Meadows, and is directly on the Park Meadows Country Club golf course in central Park City. Guests can utilize the free park city transit system that stops near the home, and goes to all local Sundance festival sites, and is less than 10 minutes to Park City Mountain, Canyons, and Deer Valley ski areas. On days off from skiing, guests can snow shoe or cross country ski on the golf course, or take a 5 minute walk to the Park City recreation center to work out, swim, play tennis, pickleball or watch movies during Sundance Film Festival. The home has four inviting, spacious bedrooms four full bathrooms, and two separate living rooms. The main great room features 25 ft. ceilings, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a bar area that seats six, and a table that comfortably seats ten people. The main living room has a fireplace, and plenty of room for people to relax and warm up after a day on the slopes. The wrap around deck has a grill, and a large covered hot tub to unwind while watching the snow fall. A large two-car garage enables guests to comfortably keep all their gear and cars out of the elements. This is truly a spectacular home for the holidays.
