Front desk attendant was adequately polite and friendly…However the facility was terrible. The front desk and “lobby” felt like entering a prison. The common hallways were filthy and carpets were stained and covered in debris. The guest room was dingy and smelly. There was loose debris on the floors and the bed linens and towels were dingy, cheap, and smelled old. I felt unsafe and unclean and would never ever consider this place for a future stay.

The dirtiest, barest and smallest room I’ve ever seen. I had to buy cleaner and scrub everything. I was given a bin of dirty pans and dishes. I had to buy paper plates and plastic utensils. The spaced mattes had stains from dark fluids like blood. There was no bedding (sheets, blanket, pillow) for the sofa bed. I had to buy comforters. The stove and counter was caked with debris. The fan didn’t work so the window needed to be open for cooking.

There were stains on the floor. The sofa mattress was flimsy. There were no basic items in the room like dish soap, and cutlery. When i called about cutlery, the operator said she the dishwasher was running still and I had to wait another 30min... if I'm calling about it, it means my party was ready to eat then, not in 30... are there not enough sets of cutlery for the whole hotel? If no, there's a problem. And for the worker to tell me to come get it instead of bringing it to my room is a lack of customer service.
