Excellent stay!

The location is perfect - just a 5 min scooter ride from Pathong, providing a place to relax after a day in busy Phuket province. The views from the villa are amazing aswell, especially at night. The communication with host was great. I would rate the stay 5 stars so far and would give an additional star for the manager of the villa Mr Poom. This person will organise absolutely everything you need including scooter or car rentals, private transfers, day trips around Phuket, trips to different islands of Thailand. He even took me to hospital when I needed which was in other town. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Phuket, totally worth it.

Belle villa, prestations pas au niveaux

Séjour de 4 nuits. 6 Adultes. Point positif : une très belle villa style coloniale avec une chambre principale dans la maison (vue mer) et deux chambres indépendantes au niveau de la piscine (une vue mer et l’autre vue sur chantier). La vue est magnifique sur Patong. La piscine est vraiment top au niveau du paysage et de la dimension avec une jolie pool house pour se reposer. Villa en dehors du bruit de Patong, dans les hauteurs donc super pour le calme sauf que... (j’y reviendrai plus bas) Point négatif : le service... nous avions commandé un minibus des semaines à l’avance avec les informations de notre arrivée (vol, compagnie, heure etc..) dommage le chauffeur n’étais pas au bon endroit à notre arrivée et nous avons attendu 1h pour rien avant de prendre la décision de partir avec une autre compagnie. Quel fût pas notre surprise le matin de notre première nuit d’être réveillé par des ouvriers en plein chantier (futur chambre) disqueuse marteau à la main etc..et ce à 9h30 du matin !! Donc pour le calme on repassera.. Nous n’avons pas aimé le lavabo des salles de bains du bas qui sont positionnés à l’intérieur de la douche. Donc vous patauger constamment dans l’eau si après la douche vous souhaitez vous maquiller. Et pour cloué le tout, nous demandons à l’intendant de la villa de récupérer notre linge. 90 bath le kilo au lieu de 70 dans le centre on s’attend à un service impeccable.. malheureusement pour ma part, j’ai récupéré tout mon linge blanc qui a déteint (tout à été mélangé couleur et blanc sans aucune vérification). Conclusion : je vous conseil cette très belle villa au calme surtout si le propriétaire avait pris les dispositions pour faire des travaux pendant la basse saison et non au début de la haute saison. Et ne prenait surtout pas les services proposés qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de la villa.

Très belle maison qui correspond parfaitement aux photos sur le site, très bon emplacement avec une vue magnifique sur tout phuket. Propriétaire très sympathique Le gérant de la villa, m.poom a été très a l'écoute et disponible tout le long de notre séjour.

magnifique séjour

Une très belle villa sur les hauteurs de Patong beach, idéalement placée au calme des nuits animées de hat Patong mais néanmoins à quelques minutes en scooter. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le gardien qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. La villa possède tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour de rêve. Un propriétaire fort sympathique qui nous reverra à coup sûr dans ce petit coin de Paradis.

une fois de plus j ai passer de tres bon moments dans cette villa , c est la deuxieme fois en 1 ans et j y retourne avril prochain !!! le proprietaire est tres sympa et arrangeant , et d ailleurs je me suis permis de lui demander quelques petites modification ( barbecue,eclairage pres de la piscine ...)et il n a pas hesité une seconde pour faire le maximun pour le confort des locataires !!! sur place un couple de gardien ( mr pom) tres discret , ils habitent juste a coté , ils sont la eut aussi pour votre confort , mon scooter est toujours la quand j arrive , c est mr pom qui s en occupe, menage et changement des draps tous les 2 jours . ah aussi une vue imprenable sur patong , croyez moi le premier cafe du matin est tres appreciable !!! et la nuit tombè c est patong illuminé que vous admirez depuis la piscine !!! sans avoir le bruit du centre de patong alors que vous n etes qu a 5 minutes en scooter !! et point fort aussi une vegetation luxuriante autour de la villa. je recommande a tous le monde cette prestation , vous ne serez pas decu .

Superbe villa avec piscine prive et proche du centre ville. Le gérant mr pom et très serviable et disponible pour les locataires possibilité même d avoir les scooters sur place. Aucun souci on y retourne en 2015.

"Cette location a été en dehors de mes attentes. Vraiment superbement équipé et situé car au calme après les nuits folles de Patong, ceci est fort appréciable. Magnifique vue sur la baie de Paton. Le propriétaire est très souple car j''ai allongé mon séjour sans problème. Vraiment un séjour inoubliables grâce à cette location et ce malgré que cette fois, le beau temps n''était pas au rendez-vous . De ce fait la piscine était forte appréciable. Un seul conseil, presque obligé d''avoir une motocyclette pour se déplacer (mais seulement à 5 minutes de Patong centre). J''y reviendrai - Merci au propriétaire . Jean-Claude"

"Villa spacieuse, calme, ...

"Villa spacieuse, calme, très bien aménagée et très bien située dans les hauteurs de Patong (vue imprenable sur la ville...), piscine idyllique, villa très bien entretenue (ménage fait tous les 2 jours)... un emplacement de rêve dans un pays de rêve! Idéale pour 3 couples. Tout a été mis en oeuvre par le propriétaire pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleurs conditions. Je ne peux que recommander fortement cette location au vue du rapport qualité / prix. Habitué à séjourner à Patong, cette location est de loin pour moi la meilleur que j''ai pu avoir. Vivement l''année prochaine!!!"
