The first room was in the front of the hotel. Terrible noise. The second room had the aircone noise. The doors were so thin you could hear everything outside. Sometimes the room wasnt clean. The hotel staff were amazing. Good breakfast and good location

I was put in the wrong room at check out but it was corrected the following day. Room was clean and spacious. Very poor sound proofing though. If you’re a light sleeper I suggest brining ear plugs as all noise from the street can be heard. Overall a decent stay.

bed was hard and it was very noisy because of the busy road but over all it is pretty nice. The pool area was great. I did have a friend who ordered food to the pool from the restaurant and it arrived cold. The bathroom had a putrid smell and the shower went from very hot to very cold. unpleasant.

Front the staff at the front desk, the staff in the restaurant , most of all Ms Sang who took very good care of me making sure I had everything I needed. I traveled alone but didn’t feel alone. As for the language barrier it was not bad. Thank you all. Bless

Hard beds with a very potent smell. If you’re sensitive to perfumes this will give you an instant headache. Off a very loud road as well so you can hear a lot of traffic.

The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to food, entertainment, beach + easy transportation options. Great internet access. Amazing views of Patong Beach and the mountains. The rooftop pool was a major plus. If I had a complaint, the bed could be softer. It was rock hard for me.
