Property has terrible paths to go anywhere. There is terrible, winding pathways just to get to the beach road. The same goes for pool access. Just not a good place to stay. Some front desk personnel were excellent. Others were no help at help. Outside bellhops particularly not helpful and actually aiding crooked business practices with the local transportation providers. I cannot warn foreign guests enough: do not stay here!

Never ever !

Not at all friendly staff. They are all very rude and did not provide us a single service. Especially the housekeeping staff was acting dumb and not responding. The room did not have enough facilities. Even the toilets did not have basics like conditioners.the quality of bottle waters and the tea provided is so low class. Will never ever recommend this place to stay to anyone.

stay away not a 4star building site

main feature of hotel closed pool, sunbeds, bar all closed for renovations we were not notified about this, only on arrival into the room a note had been left on a table no member of staff told us about any renovation, we would of cancelled if we would of been told when hotels.com took the booking definitely not a 4 star I expect some sort of refund

Our stay was for 1ngt for Chinese lunar so we could mix with the festivities the hotel was lovely staff where great room was nice and quiet and comfortable cleanliness was very good but imo could do with a make over but on the whole very nice stay oh also tv could do with a few western channels
