Bed was very comfortable. No lamp at the bedside table for reading. While checking in, I noticed a large coffee display in the office area for guests. I assumed it was for guests in the morning. At 7:30 am, I tried to get coffee, but the door was locked. The TV had picture, but sound did not work unless you turned it way up.

The Updated room was fairly nice. We felt safe there and since we had electric bikes on a bike rack & lots of cargo in the car it was nice being able to park right outside the room. The room seemed pretty clean. The refrigerator & microwave worked well. It was a little more money than we like to spend. But it was the most reasonable motel in this touristy city.

I wish I had something good to say except this place was inexpensive but unfortunately I do not. This place was super run down, had very little amenities (not even a hair dryer) and the towels were like sandpaper.

We've traveled 5,200 miles in 21 days and stayed at 18 different hotels. While clean, it was the worst night of the trip so far. The occupant of the room to one side of us blared the TV all night and had a chronic cough. The occupant on the other side of us was screaming at his mommy on his cell phone and kept running back and forth to his car slamming the door and beeping the horn when he locked it. Don't expect to sleep if you stop here!

This property is a unique, older facility that appears to be well cared-for. It seems that each room probably has its own unique character, and while the photos showed a more updated room than I was staying in, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding at this hotel: friendly, helpful, and caring. Check in was a breeze and check out was easy. There was a lot of parking easily accessible in front of the room and plenty of trash cans outside. The room (a single King) was a nice size, and the mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The shower was very nice and clearly updated - it worked well and was nice and warm. The bathroom vanity was aged and while it functioned as designed, looked worn out. I was also a little disappointed in the quality of the soap/shampoo offered, although they were generous with what was left in the room. Overall, I would stay again, and I would recommend to a friend. This property was a good value and met my needs well.
