We had multiple rooms for our family trip and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only problem was two people were disabled and unable to easily use the shower since none of the showers were walk-in.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good (waffles, hot coffee, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and gravy). Beds and room were clean and neat. Pool was clean. No hot tub.

Good pillows and comfortable bed. I was impressed with the updated charging station including wireless. Room was very musty smelling and the fan was loud when we were trying to sleep. No one has cleaned the quarter round in the bathroom for a long time. Good shower. Carpet even felt slightly damp in the morning, so you know they are struggling with keeping moisture out of the room.

The only mirror was over bathroom sink. The light switch for the bathroom sink was in the entryway to the room, noting the bathroom. We had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper before we ran out. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. Breakfast was lukewarm and so-so. We won't stay there again.

Breakfast was good with the microwave to reheat. Room was in excellent condition and comfortable. We however felt misled in the room description regarding the refrigerator & microwave. The refrigerator was extremely small, tucked into a cabinet under the television and did not hold the food and insulin we were traveling with. Had to get ice from the ice machine to keep things cold and could not refreeze our freezer packs. In the future, I will be looking for rooms specifically with a kitchenette.

The staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, shower was warm with great pressure, a nice breakfast selection, extremely clean spacious room, excellent location to both the Pella shopping district and Lake Red Rock. We visit the area at least once per year and will definitely stay here again!
