Loved our stay here. We had access to the executive lounge and evening nibbles and drinks were a welcome retreat after a busy day. Staff were ver accommodating and made us feel like we were most welcome.

Surprise cake.

Went for a short holiday to celebrate my birthday. Upon returning in the evening I found that the staff had came in and placed a birthday cake in the fridge. I didn't tell any of the staff it was my birthday so this was a very nice surprise.

Slightly above average hotel. I got the L-suite, which is spacious but the interior and furniture quality was average at best. Sofa was sagging, although bed was comfortable. Room lighting was not very inviting. Be warned of their laundry service: DO NOT let them iron your clothes. They did a horrible job at ironing and ruined my polo shirts. Whichever local company they use to service the laundry should be fired.

Beautiful pool, great service, location meh...

Comfortable and good size room but a/c was a bit too powerful. Super shower in the bathroom. Had a turn-down service on the first night, which was a lovely throwback, but didn't happen on the following nights. Very comfy bed. Service at the bar was good, didn't eat in the hotel. Beautifully designed swimming pool with a view across the south of the city towards the hills. Room was supposed to be sea view - and to be fair, it was, but there was a huge construction project with masses of land reclamation between what had been the beach road and the hotel. Fortunately, given the holiday period, the construction noise was not too intrusive. Until the construction period is over, I wouldn't really recommend this location for a holiday, though the malls that surround it are great and the food court in the basement of the mall next door was amazing.
