Fill up on sea air in southern Bigouden country. Located in the Kérity district in Penmarc'h, close to the fishing port, Eckmühl lighthouse and not far from Pointe de La Torche, this fully renovated L-shaped house of 105 m² can accommodate up to 8 people. You will also enjoy an enclosed garden and a 40 m² terrace. A barbecue is at your disposal to share delicious grilled food during summer evenings.



By passing through the garden, you will have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. This room also includes a bathroom with shower and an independent WC. To your left is the main living area: a large lounge-dining room with a table for 8 people and a TV corner sofa. On the other side of the ground floor, you will discover a spacious master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and an independent WC.



The accommodation has two sleeping areas, accessible by two separate staircases. The first, located above the kitchen, includes a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), note that the staircase leading to this bedroom is steep. The second, accessible from the lounge, serves two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). Please note that all king-size beds can be separated into two single beds to suit your needs.
