This 90 m² house will be perfect for family or friends' holidays, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Located in Penmarch, you will be able to take advantage of visiting the neighbouring beaches, cultural heritage, the Bay of Audierne by taking the sunny wind route and without forgetting to stop and savour good seafood on the port.

The house's garden is undoubtedly an ideal meeting place, during beautiful days, you will be able to gather around good barbecues, or even around a good cup of coffee in the small garden lounge with its pallet bench, surrounded by flowers and greenery.

You will also find a veranda that will allow you to enjoy a moment of pause and the view of the garden, you will find a sofa and a bar there.



The living area is beautifully decorated, the large dining table offers a view of the garden and makes you want to gather there to share good food and moments of conviviality, then the living room is a cosy place to gather to play board games or watch a good film on TV.

As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped and organised around a white bar table, you will find everything you need to prepare your specialities (induction hobs, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cafetière, toaster, raclette machine, kettle and citrus press).
