Welcome to this beautiful neo-Breton house, equipped comfort, located in Bigouden on the tip of Penmarch in the residential area of ​​Kervily.

Renovated in 2015 and carefully decorated, it will make you benefit from its walled garden adjoining the ocean, an exceptional view of the sea. According to the coefficients of the tides and rhythms, every hour of the day reveal a different landscape.
Comfortably installed on the south-west terrace you can admire the passing sailboats and fishing boats, sunsets behind St. Peter and the light beams from the lighthouse Eckmuhl at night.

The ground floor of the house, very spacious, has a bathroom and WC, a kitchen open to the dining area and lounge with a fireplace.

Das Haus hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt am Meer. Wir haben es sehr genossen, täglich die Gezeiten zu beobachten. Es war jedes Mal ein Schauspiel.Das Haus verfügt über alles, um dort angenehme Ferien mit der Familie zu verbringen.In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Wir waren oft mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Haben aber auch Besichtigungen gemacht. Am eindrucksvollsten war der Besuch der Fischauktion in Guilvinec (Haliotika - La Cité de la Pêche).Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es Probleme geben sollte. Wir hatten aber kein, insofern haben hatten wir mit ihr nur Kontakt bei der An- und Abreise.Wir haben unsere Ferien in Penmarch in dem Haus sehr genossen.La maison bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel en bord de mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'observer les marées chaque jour. C'était à chaque fois un spectacle.La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille.Il y a beaucoup à faire dans les environs. Nous avons souvent fait des balades à vélo, mais nous avons également fait des visites touristiques. La visite de la criée de Guilvinec (Haliotika - La Cité de la Pêche) a été la plus impressionnante. La propriétaire est joignable à tout moment en cas de problème. Mais nous n'en avons pas eu, nous n'avons donc eu de contact avec elle qu'à notre arrivée et à notre départ.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances à Penmarch dans cette maison.

Outre la vue directe sur l'Océan et ses couleurs en variation permanente, la maison est très agréable, lumineuse, bien équipée et agrémentée d'un joli jardin.La proximité avec les quelques sympathiques restaurants du petit port de Kérity est aussi fort appréciable. La responsable des états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie est charmante et la propriétaire réactive. Nous espérons y retourner un jour.

Hat uns sehr gefallen!

Wir waren nun zum 10. Mal in der Bretagne in verschiedenen Ferienhäusern unterwegs, über einen Zeitraum von 20 Jahren, und ordnen unsere Rezension in diese Erfahrungen vergleichend ein. Das Haus hat im Vergleich einen höheren Qualitätsstandard und ist im Wohnbereich geschmackvoll ausgestattet, so dass man auch bei "schlechten" Wetter das Haus genießen kann (nicht so kitschig wie in vielen anderen Häusern). Die Lage ist toll, mit direktem Blick durch eine große Panorama-Terrassentür auf das Meer, dazwischen nur ein schmaler Wanderweg. Die Ausstattung (Gläser, Geschirr, Kochutensilien) ist wie in Ferienhäusern üblich. ;-) Hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung vor Ort, die zuvorkommend, sympathisch, schnell und flexibel ist! Auch die geografische Lage ist top, mit schönen Ausflugszielen und vor allem die nahen, sehr guten Restaurants, die Bäckereien, ein Spezialitätengeschäft und eine Poissonnerie sind fußläufig zu erreichen und erfreuen das Urlauberherz! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Mit den Füßen im Meer

Das Haus und der Garten ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und allzeit erreichbar für etwaige Fragen. Und der Ausblick aufs direkt angrenzende Meer: einfach unbezahlbar. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Wir waren das 2. Jahr in Folge dort und haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen. Was uns allerdings sehr verwundert, ist die nachträgliche Reaktion der Vermieterin, die uns vorwirft, das Haus sehr dreckig hinterlassen zu haben. Das ist so keinesfalls zutreffend, zumal wir im vorherigen Jahr mit demselben Hund dort waren und nichts anders gemacht haben. Diese Reaktion trübt den Aufenthalt im Nachhinein ein wenig.

Schönes Haus und toller Meerblick

Die wunderschöne Meersicht und der große Garten sind definitiv Highlights dieses Hauses. Es ist positiv, dass die Vermieterin prompt auf die Sauberkeitsprobleme (Tierhaare in der Bettwäsche, Duschwände und Fenster schlecht geputzt)reagiert hat. Die Fahrräder befinden sich leider in schlechtem Zustand. Die begrenzten Möglichkeiten zur Kleideraufbewahrung sind auch zu beachten (Für 4 Personen gerade ausreichend). Insgesamt bietet das Haus Potenzial, aber Verbesserungen der o.g. Beanstandungen könnten den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Ferienhauses erscheint nicht überzeugend, insbesondere in Anbetracht der festgestellten Mängel und Unannehmlichkeiten im Vergleich zum gezahlten Betrag.

Haus in guter Lage mit Potential

Das Haus hat eine grandiose Lage direkt am Meer mit toller Terrasse und Blick auf Watt und Wasser, topp ! Ganz nett eingerichtet, aber auf den zweiten Blick alles sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Abgeschlagene Kanten an den Möbeln, wackelige Schubladen, abgeschlagne Ecken an Geschirr und Gläsern, fleckige Sesselpolster, fleckige Tischdecke, fleckige Stuhlpolster. Uralte Berge von Zeitschriften im Schrank. Der obere Flur mit den 4 Schlafzimmern vermittelt den Eindruck einer Jugendherberge. Das WC oben wirkt wie eine Abstellkammer in der Dachschräge. Die Dusche oben hat Schimmel. Das Bad unten ist moderner, mit einer Schiebetür. Es liegt direkt hinter dem Eßtisch, das fühlt sich merkwürdig an. Durch die Bad und WC Situation ist das Haus aus unserer Sicht für befreundete Paare nur bedingt geeignet. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche war sehr schlecht. Der Backofen war verdreckt und die Symbole auf dem Bedienungsfeld nicht mehr erkennbar. Runtergelaufenes an den Küchenschränken, verschmierte Fenster, eine dicke Staubschicht unter den Kommoden. Für ein Haus in dieser Preislage kann man mehr erwarten, es fehlt absolut eine pflegende Hand ! Die kaputte Kaffeemaschine wurde am zweiten Tag ausgetauscht. Den Austausch des Backofens hat man uns angeboten, wollte das aber in unserer Abwesenheit machen, damit waren wir nicht einverstanden. Leider gab es bei Ebbe häufig einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach faulen Eiern.

Repos, calme et farniente les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Vanessa. La maison est conforme à la description et le quartier est très calme. Tout est propice à la détente et au repos. Le panorama sur l'océan est à couper le souffle et change au gré des marées. L'accueil fait par la maman de Vanessa est très chaleureux et avec le sourire. Hôte très disponible. Ruhige Lage, kurze Gehdienstanz zu Restaurant und Bäckerei

Netter Empfang mit einer Flasche Cidre und Crêpes. Gut ausgestattete, grosse Küche, hübsch eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, sehr schöne Holzterrasse mit grossem Esstisch, Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegestühle. Gepflegter Garten von einer Steinmauer umrandet. Es war perfekt für unseren Hund, jedoch muss man immer ein Auge auf den Hund haben, da die Steinmauer für mittelgrosse und grosse Hunde zu tief ist. Bäder schön ausgebaut. Schlafzimmer Eltern mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Kinderzimmer sind einfach gehalten. Es hat viele Ablageflächen, jedoch keine klassischen Schränke zum Aufhängen der Anziehsachen. Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden. WLAN hat eine schlechte Leistung und wir konnten es nicht nutzen. Vor dem Haus ist das Meer, es hat aber keinen Strand, nur Felsen und Seetang. Nächster schöner Sandstrand 6 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Fazit: Ruhig gelegenes Haus als guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren.

Ein Traumhaus

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen, großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus, direkt am Meer verbringen dürfen. Von der Terrasse bzw. aus dem Wohnzimmer durch die große Fensterfront haben wir den Blick auf Leuchtturm und Meer genossen. Auch der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön. Für den Hund war es gut, dass das Grundstück eingefriedet ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Umgebung mit Märkten und kleinen Restaurants hat uns gut gefallen.

Netter Empfang mit frischen Blumen, Galettes und Cidre. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, ruhig, Bäckerei und Restaurants zu Fuss in 10 min erreichbar. Grundstück mit Zaun/Mauer und Hecken umschlossen, daher gut mit Hund geeignet. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und der Hauses (Fernglas zum Beobachten der Schiffe, Bose-Bluetooth-Box, Fahrräder, Liegestühle...) Betten nur durchschnittlich bequem, WLAN mit schwankender Qualität und geringer Upload-Geschwindigkeit, Fernsehen über terrestrische Antenne.

Direkt am Atlantik gelegen. Nur der Zöllnerpfad liegt zwischen der hübschen, niedrigen Gartenmauer und dem Meer. Riesige Holzterasse mit bequemen Möbeln. Wohnbereich nicht riesig, aber groß genug. Einrichtung stilsicher. WiFi funktioniert gut. Von den vier Schlafzimmern sind drei für Erwachsene. Die zwei Toiletten sind das einzige (geringe) Manko.

Une maison cosy avec un superbe panorama

Une superbe semaine dans une belle location avec tout le confort mais surtout une vue dont on ne se lasse pas quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Merci à Vanessa pour son accueil. Nous avons pu nous ressourcer et profiter des richesses du Finistère

Wunderschön

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft direkt am Wasser. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert und hat uns mit einer Flasche Champagner begrüßt. Der eingezäunte Garten war für unsere Hündin perfekt und der Blick aufs ständige wechselnde Meer war spektakulär. Auch die Verabschiedung mit den Eltern der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Formidable séjour

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir passer une magnifique semaine dans cette jolie maison au bord de la mer. Très bon accueil et tout est à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soi !
