The room and facility was bit worn and needs a facelift. I loved the fact they had makeup wipes by the sink since I had forgotten mine, that was a little thing but huge to me. The deep tub was fantastic and the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good and the young woman who worked breakfast was fantastic, she was helpful and very sweet to everyone. The front desk guy in the late day for check in was also super helpful. We needed a room change because my husband cant walk far and he accommodated no problems.

Entrance is nice, however breakfast area is at the entrance, too small and every time the door opened, very limited options, without decaf coffee or hot water. Room was too small with two twin beds. Bathtub is old and rusty, carpet verde dirty. Tv only shows a few channels, no connection for any apps or streaming, definitely nothing for kids. Pool area super dirty, no access to towels. Elevator very dirty, no signal for each floor number. What we thought was going to be a small luxury experience ended up with a bad taste.

Would not recommend.

Staff was nice but the rooms were not clean. Had to get a second room because the mattress and sheets in first room were very dirty. Overall cleanliness in both rooms was very low. Lobby was nice though.

Breakfast was the best part of the day and meeting the food manager. The rest of the stay was terrible. I will never stay there again or probably seriously look at rooms at Quality Inns. The hotel was filthy! Our room could not have been cleaned at all. There was gravel all over the floor. Fingernail clippings one the floor. Dirt on the bedspreads. The curtains and valance were coated with dirt and stains. The bathroom had a coating on dried muddy water on it from a dirty mop and muddy foot prints on the tub. We had clean towels and I hope it was clean sheets. The pool was broken.the whole hotel smells musty. Just skip this place.

People were leaning on my car while i was trying to check in, smoking drugs right by both enterances, unsupervised children running through hallways, room was dirty and had a lot of damage, smelled awful as well

When I arrived and checked into my room I found a room that was dirty. The bedspread was on the floor, no sheets on the bed, bathroom was dirty, bathtub had visible footprints in it, and no toilet paper. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for another room and was told none were available, but that housekeeping would clean the room. By the time I arrived back at the hotel after dinner, the room had been cleaned as promised. However the condition of the carpet in the room was so bad I wore my shoes the entire time I was in the room, and there were cobwebs in the window. The bed was somewhat comfy, however considering the general condition of the rest of the hotel (desperately needs to updates), I worried about bedbugs all night long. Also, it had the strangest bathtub fixture I'd ever seen. You could only change the water temperature if you turned the water off, and then turned the handle. Very weird.
