Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le check-in et le check-out se sont déroulés sans problème, et l’hôte est très gentil et communicatif. L’appartement est propre, joliment décoré et très bien équipé — il a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable.La localisation est parfaite, proche du centre-ville, des commerces, des restaurants, des sentiers de randonnée, de la nature et de la mer. Le parking privé est un vrai plus, et l’ascenseur dans l’immeuble facilite grandement l’accès.Le seul petit bémol est l’absence de vue sur la mer, mais l’appartement offre tout de même une agréable vue sur les arbres et le chemin de randonnée verdoyant, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.Dans l’ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour, et nous réserverons sans hésiter à nouveau lors de notre retour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Appartement liegt tatsächlich nur einen langen Treppenabgang entfernt vom Strand. Die Anlage ist ein in Renovierung befindlicher Altbau um 1900. Die Renovierung hat sich aber nicht auf uns ausgewirkt.Unser Appartement selbst war bereits fertig und modern eingerichtet. Wir könnten es ohne Einschränkungen nutzen.

Site très agréable et très bien situé. Appartement rénové avec avec beaucoup de goût.

Rien à dire sur l'emplacement de cette résidence, à deux pas de la mer et du chemin des douaniers. Un séjour des plus agréables. Accueil excellent d'Angélique qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour les spécialités bretonnes. Nous y retournerons certainement mais cette fois nous demanderons l'appartement côté mer pour bénéficier de la vue ! Très belle expérience !

LA ROSERAIE PLAGE DE TRESTAOU

Séjour très agréable et reposant. Appartement à proximité immédiate de la plage et des commodités. Le chemin des douaniers, pour ceux qui aiment marcher est à 2 pas de l'appartement. Hôte très serviable et indications claires et précises données par téléphone pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour à Trestraou pour la 2ième fois

Appartement bien conçu pour une personne seule. Bonne isolation.La dame qui nous accueille est très agréable et fait un bon ménage du studio. Donc je reviendrai! Juste quelques points à préciser ou à améliorer: les travaux des communs sont loin d'être finis. -douche: 1 seule lumière fonctionne et pas TB, porte de douche se coince complètement -cuisine: robinet commence à se desseller ainsi qu'une prise électrique murale

Emplacement idéal au pied du GR34. L'appartement est fidèle au descriptif. Très propre avec une bonne literie. Mme Crinquette est très accueillante et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Super Lage, der Ort ist wunderschön, das Haus wird gerade renoviert aber das hat nicht gestört. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert, sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Kann ich empfehlen.
