Bienvenue dans notre charmante maison en bois nichée au cœur de la magnifique ville de Perros-Guirec en Bretagne ! Idéalement située à quelques pas des plages et des sentiers côtiers, vous pourrez découvrir la magnifique côte de granit rose. Notre maison à faible consommation est spacieuse et très lumineuse. Elle vous offre le cadre parfait et le confort moderne pour des vacances inoubliables en famille ou entre amis. Préparez-vous à vivre des vacances authentiques au cœur de la Bretagne ! La maison en bois, de construction récente et de plain-pied est située dans un quartier calme de Perros-Guirec. INTERIEUR: - Cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée avec tout le confort moderne est ouverte sur le séjour. Lave vaisselle, machine à café,... - Séjour avec un coin repas et un coin salon est très lumineux grâce aux grandes baies vitrées exposées au sud et vue sur le jardin . Une grande table pour 8 convives équipe le coin repas. Des canapés confortables, vous permettrons de vous détendre devant la télévision ou un peu de lecture. - 3 Chambres, toutes équipées de lits doubles et de placard de rangement. - Salle de bains avec douche italienne et vasque - Buanderie avec sèche linge et lave linge. EXTERIEUR: Petit jardin gazonné qui entoure la maison et grande terrasse en bois exposée sud équipée avec d'une table, de bains de soleil, et d'un barbecue.
