Parking in the property, the East facing facade is facing the entrance to the port of Perros, 15 minutes walk from the city center. and close to Friday's weekly market. a hiking trail runs along the house, on one side towards the center and on the other side to the Pors ar Goret beach and Trestrignel beach.

Lovely house, location, and host

This is a gem! Plenty of room in this house--4 bedrooms, 2 full baths over two floors, large kitchen, nice balcony. The location is great: walk to the beach (it's more rocky than sandy) or, a little further, to town. A car is probably helpful to get around. The Port Plaisant part of Perros-Guirec, near this house, is small with nice shops and restaurants. I recommend the Wednesday morning market! Marie-Francoise is a lovely and helpful host. The house was very clean and check-in was easy. We only had 3 nights here but could easily have stayed longer.

Ehepaar, Mitte/Ende 40 + Hund aus Thüringen/Deutschland

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette ältere Dame. Die Küche sowie die Bäder sind neu, die anderen Räume sowie das Mobiliar etwas älter. Die Balkonmöbel sind ganz neu und haben uns gut gefallen. Perros-Guirec ist ein lebendiger kleiner Ort, der alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub bietet. Dazu ist er hervorragend gelegen, um die Cote Granit Rosé erkunden zu können. Unsere Abreise erfolgte ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Aus unserer Sicht hat das Haus noch deutliches Potential, wenn alles modernisiert würde.

Perfekt!

Alles war super! Wir kamen zum zweiten mal in dieses Haus. Zu Viert hat man luxusmässig viel Platz (mit 3 WC's und 2 Duschen). Es war sauber und die Küche super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist tip top, mit Meerblick, 10 min.zum Strand Trestignel und 15 min.zum Hafen und auch ins Zentrum. Sehr nette Vermieterin! 😁

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une maison qui allie confort, espace, et qui est très bien placée dans Perros-Guirec pour faire à pied de superbes promenades ! Plus la vue qu'elle offre au loin sur la mer, et la tranquillité : toutes les conditions réunies pour un excellent séjour.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Marie-Francoise ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist groß und mit insgesamt vier Schlafzimmern bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick, man muss allerdings Wind mögen. Die Lage selbst ist ein bisschen schattig, trotz relativ zentraler Lage aber sehr ruhig. Alles, Meer, Stadt, Sandstrand, Hafen, sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Hervorragende Lage

Es war alles super! Es fehlte uns in diesem Haus nichts, war sauber und eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Die Aussicht ist genial. Es ist gut gelegen, 10 min. zu Fuss zum Strand Trestignel, sowie auch ins Dorfzentrum.

Une maison fonctionnelle bien placée

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette maison sur les hauteurs de Perros-Guirec. La maison est fonctionnelle avec sa pièce salle à manger / cuisine, ses 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain, 3 WC. La propriétaire est accueillante. L'emplacement permet de voir la mer, d'accéder à pieds à la mer 5mn et à la plage 10mn. Cependant le niveau des finitions intérieure est insuffisant (baguettes de portes manquantes, peinture, qualité du salon un peu âgé, une des portes de douche cassée). Cela n'a rien ôté à nos vacances.
