Step inside and be instantly drawn between the open-concept kitchen and living space and the floor-to-ceiling accordion doors that open to your private patio with direct lagoon access. Each unit is designed for the perfect getaway, with spacious king suites, fully equipped kitchens, and private hot tubs for relaxing under the stars. Kids will love the jumbo Connect 4 game, while adults can compete at the ping-pong table or on the sand volleyball court. When it’s time to unwind, sway in the outdoor hammock, gather around the fire table, and soak in the serene lagoon views!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
