Check in staff could have been a little more welcoming and informative. We were asked if we’d stayed before to which I said no. We were then just handed a map and I had to ask how to get to the pool and breakfast. Room was ok. Pool area however was disappointing. My cocktail was so packed of ice, very little cocktail for $18. There was 14 kids left unsupervised in the spa so unable to enjoy. At one point there was a 3 year old boy in the spa with floaties, unsupervised. He stayed in there by himself for well over 20 mins. Heaps of kids running around unsupervised. My daughter and I stayed for a girls night but it wasn’t as enjoyable as I’d hoped. We ended up having to get out the pool as two young boys were throwing a hot wheels car very aggressively and I was worried we were going to get hit in the face/head. There was a large group of mums with many kids. When they left, they walked away past the tennis courts and it seemed they weren’t even staying at the hotel. I’m not sure if this is a thing where outside visitors can access the pool. The pool gate would not accept our door cards so we constantly had to wait for someone to give us access. Upon check out, we wasn’t even asked how our stay was and if we had a good time. Very disappointed with the experience sadly.

No WiFi. Apartments are individually owned and so access WiFi in lobby which is a three minutes walk away. WiFi is only available in the resort rooms. Hotels.com said WiFi in public area and my wrong for not reading small print and expecting WiFi is universally available but thought I should warn others.

The room was filthy, bathroom ceiling covered in dead bugs and when we turned the aircon on it blew chunks of black dust all over the table. Shower head was loose and couldnt be tightened so just flopped and sprayed at the wall. Very poor for how much we paid. Was cool having kangaroos outside our room though. Ordered food at the restaurant, the rest of our table ordered with the qr code and got their food quickly. We ordered an entree and main at the counter and our food took forever to come. When asked we were told that people who come up and order in person lose priority and their food comes much later ..... odd. Our entree and main came out together about half an hour after everyone elses meals. Will not be returning. Such a poor stay.

The resort was wonderful. Very beautiful and spacious area. It has a very relaxing vibe. It also has something for everyone. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were fabulous. Definitely a place worth staying at.

This a a beautiful hotel in the Swan Valley. Rooms are large and spacious and well equipped. Beds is very comfortable, could do with alternative size pillows though as the ones we had were all quite high and not comfortable. Gardens were well maintained and the pool looked very inviting. Parking was a distance from the rooms however and would recommend luggage on wheels as you will need to walk it a fair distance. Would definitely stay again though.
