Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
A member of the staff exposed himself and flashed my mother when he came to the room with tea that was ordered. There was also knocking on her door late into the night and she didn’t dare open it because it was just her and my aunt in the room. We will be contacting the local police to look into this matter but hotels.com should delist this hotel and look into this matter as well.
