With two lovely sunny, private terrasses this cosy cottage has a unique seaside style. Hidden against the ancient walls of the ruined castle in the heart of the historic centre of this chic & lively wine making village.

Built in stone, renovated with style & very well-equipped this is a romantic home for two or with a close friend or child. Calm location, traffic-free but only a few steps from the lagoons, sea, village & shops. High speed Fibre internet. Aircon & heating. Top quality bedlinen. Decorated in seaside style with a French touch. Free parking with permit nearby. Parking inside for bikes.

As soon as you arrive & enter by the first patio, you'll feel at home. The door opens to a large entrance hallway with room for bikes. A new shower room with rainbath shower, separate WC ground floor.
Drop down your bags & climb the stairs towards the secret roof terrasse with flowers & plants where you can have a drink, sunbathe & read.

There are 2 bedrooms. The smallest has a canapé bed 80cm wide & has two uses. Either as a second sitting room with smart TV & opening to the roof garden if you're a couple or as a second bedroom for one. Be aware that access to the Master bedroom is via the smaller room. This is a large air-conditioned room 18m2 with a very comfortable kingsize bed & mattress topper. A reading corner, wardrobe and drawers. Top quality bedlinen & towels are provided.

Descend the stairs and discover the large living space (also air conditioned) with a dining area, very comfortable sofa, smart TV. Two windows open towards the first patio where you can dine Al Fresco.
The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, micro-wave, fridge-freezer & Nespresso coffee maker.
Super fast Fibre Internet.
A very tranquil location yet just a few steps via the anicent passageways to the village centre or to the lagoons & sea. Do your shopping in the local boutiques & supermarket. Enjoy a glass of local Corbieres wine in one of the bars or direct from the winemakers and your stay in the little corner of paradise on the Cote Sud du Midi begins.
