About accommodation:  Spacious, recently renovated, fully equipped apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator.  The apartment opens onto the sea side onto a 10m2 patio (balcony) thanks to large bay windows spanning the entire width of the apartment.  It benefits from a view of the beach and the sea, from the port to the Leucate cliff, with a beautiful overview of the Pyrenees.  Direct access to the beach.  Shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away.  Easy and free parking at the bottom of the building.  Self-entrance.  The accommodation consists of an entrance with the possibility of storing shoes and beach gear, a fully equipped open kitchen,  living room and lounge opening onto the balcony.  The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms:  - The first bedroom has a large double bed of 160, sea view and has a sliding wall which allows an opening onto the living room.  - The second bedroom has a double bed (140) and a single bed (90)  Bathroom with shower and separate WC.  Storage in both bedrooms
