I was very disappointed with the condition of the room during my stay. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was an office chair, which made the room feel unprepared for guests.
The bed was in unacceptable condition — there was visible hair on the sheets, making it appear as though the bed had already been used. The pillow had a yellow stain, and the blanket covers were worn out and filled with holes.
The bathroom door was damaged, and the ceiling showed clear signs of disrepair. Additionally, the window curtain was old and barely covered the window, offering very little privacy.
On a positive note, the staff was courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, despite their good service, the room conditions did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards.
