The place is a tad dated, the floor in the bathroom was sticky, there was no hair dryer. There was only one end table at the bed. The TV was mounted on the dresser, making it difficult to view from bed. I had to turn the dresser to view the TV. There was no stand for the luggage, which would be ok if you are staying for a long stay-plenty of room in the dresser. One positive note, the TV was easy to navigate- not always the case in hotels. All in all a pleasant stay, bed was comfortable. As for the "breakfast," it was "grab & go," coffee & snacks.

Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. This hotel is older and many guests stay ling term, so facilities are somewhat warn. However, one can't beat it for the price. The staff is super friendly. I have stayed here before and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's a great value.

NEVER STAY HERE RUN

I am 76 years old. I’ve stated lot of hotels in my life. This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have put my dog in better kennels than this place. It had standing water in the bathroom before I put my suitcase down. I went back and tried to get them to change my room. They would not do that mold in the bathtub filthy dirty even even the lightbulbs weren’t even even the same color do not do not book anyone into this hotel plus they overcharged me plus you have to give them $100 security deposit on top of the cost of the hotel room and you get that back in 3 to 5 days. Absolutely deplorable hotel should be torn down and I will be reporting it to the township Just because of it’s uncleanliness

From the moment we checked in, this was a nightmare of an experience. The staff at check in was rude and he was very demeaning to my family. When I called to ask about the payment method and questions we had, he very extremely condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot and was of out of line to even be bothering him. He told me to look at the receipt and then hung up on me. When we first tried to enter the room, the key didn't work and the janitor opened the door. When he opened the door, the floor was black and he UNPROMPTED asked if we wanted him to "mop the floor real quick" for us because of how visibly dirty it was. The bathroom tub was also filed with black debris, there was no silverware or cups, no toilet paper, etc in the suite and when my HANDICAPPED brother went downstairs to ask for some supplies, THE SAME rude man that checked us in tossed my brother a silverware tray and said "oh...this shouldve been placed in your room already. Here." and then dismissed my brother as if it was his fault that he had to come down and ask for things that should've already been in the room. When my brother tried to ask for more toilet paper, he was denied and told that they had restrictions on only giving 1 roll per room (even though there were multiple people staying in the suite for 5 days). Our family is large and we travel alot for business. We realized customer service was nonexistant and we vowed to never stay at this location or any of its affiliates ever again.

The room was pretty clean. I have no complaints. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for me, but I have back issues. Not the hotels fault. It was average, but for the price I would stay again. The staff was very nice.
