I pulled in after driving 3 hours from Long island in a torrential downpour. We were soaked just walking from parking to the lobby. It was 1:30 AM. After a brief wait, the desk staff asked if we "needed" the double room. That was what I paid for. My teen daughter and I don't like sharing a bed. I said we would appreciate it and it's what I paid for. She rolled her eyes. I look like a drowned rat. Don't F with me. The room was great, beds comfortable, plenty of chargers and good showers. This is mostly what I look for. Breakfast was $18 and honestly, what we get for free at Hampton Inn, La Quinta, Etc. There was a sign to order pancakes so my daughter did and it took forever and they were coated in too much powdered sugar for her to eat. I'm literally NOT a Karen. When we go away I recognize we are grateful to be in a hotel and enjoy these things. But the $18 breakfast is what Hampton Inn offers free. (And I've had paid Hilton breakfasts and they are worth paying for!) My daughter said the pool was quite warm but someone had pooped in the hot tub so it was out of service. For a park less than a mile from Sesame Place I'm not surprised but kids shouldn't be in hot tubs. If you want to be close to Sesame this is a good choice but get breakfast off-site and please -- swim diapers! LOL

It’s a place to sleep. You can hear everything. The pillows are feel as if they’re 30 years old. The bed is rock hard. The pool area was dirty, whirlpool nonfunctioning and brown. Around the drain in our tub was disintegrating. Would only recommend to people I don’t like.

Always a problem

We didn't even get to stay. I did the pay at hotel option. Obviously I pay at hotel well they charged my card and it was denied and they cancelled my reservation and gave my room away. They said if there was an error to call them if it was a mistake. But they already gave my room away within the 10 minutes I got the email and called. Them I invited my card info wrong so it was an easy mistake to fixed but we never to the chance I also sent three emails non of which I received a response from. It's a nice hotel but we always have some kind of problem. Last time they charged my card double and we have to get that fixed

We booked this hotel last minute when we were in town for a graduation. While we were very thankful that they had availability, everything was sold out, our room was lackluster. It had a slight scent in it that made me uncomfortable, and the lighting was very dark. When I went to turn on one of the lights, the standing floor lamp, started to fall and caught me off guard - it needs to be reinforced and stabilized. Overall, we had a bed and a hot shower and we were only there for about eight hours so it was fine.

Pleasant surprised

Since the Sheraton is a chain of independent owned hotels sometimes it does not meat expectations. On this occasion this hotel exceeded all expectations from the front counter to the room which was large comfortable quiet and best of all at noon checkout time. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything was very nice, clean, staff was nice! There was no continental breakfast, if you want breakfast it was $18 a person for buffet. Also, I booked through a 3rd party because I was placed on hold, twice, for an extended amount of time, when trying to book through the hotel itself.

Would never stay here again

Jacuzzi was out of service and we were never notified until we went into the pool area. Our mini fridge made a rattling noise for the entire stay which made sleeping almost impossible. The deadbolt lock on our door was broken so we couldn’t even properly lock our room.
