I liked that they had breakfast in the morning and an indoor pool was nice. The staff was kind and professional and answered all my questions. Room was clean, Bathroom was great. No complaints about the stay at all.

The bed linens had blood stains on them, along with torn bedspread. Called front desk and asked them to change them. After being assured they would change them while we were out, this did not happen. We called desk upon our return, and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. Complained to front desk manager at checkout, and was told we would be refunded our $50 room fee, but again, I am waiting for this to occur. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This property is good and convenient location from Philly downtown. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is fine with usual stuff provided by all hotels in USA. Only issue I had with the room was that they didn’t have bodywash in the room so there was nothing to use while taking a bath.

The property was okay, front lobby and spaces were well maintained. We stayed over a weekend and when we checked in on Friday the shampoos & body wash were not refilled. We requested a refill the following day, but were told cleaning services are not available. Hotels I've stayed at in the past would refresh towels at minimum, but our old towels were still in the bathroom. Breakfast was also very mediocre. Not many options at all. Again I've stayed at similar hotels and have experienced much better breakfasts..

The rooms and overall facilities were clean. The staff were nice and accommodating. I called on the way and asked if my two rooms could be on the same floor and my request was quickly fulfilled with kindness. Approaching the hotel, I rode by the first time because there was tree that completely covered the sign. I did not use any of the amenities such as the pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however the walls seemed a little thin with regards to cancelling noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms where you could hear the TV or people talking. It was nice to have the breakfast bar in the morning, but the food wasn’t well prepared and was either overcooked or a little stale. Again, the staff was very helpful, but if they could get the breakfast bar cleaned up, it would be a great stay

The breakfast service was terrible-poor eggs and sausage, waffle machine failed, and toaster was broken. Room was great, but reserving thru Hotels always creates a problem and hotel can not provide a receipt which is needed for business reimbursement-need to fix this!
