Reserved a king. Told upon checkin that there were no kings available. I asked why would my reservation made months ago and guaranteed no be available. All of a sudden he found a king room. Room was good. Lots of crates of ac units laying around. Used restroom near office. No paper towels. TP paper used and thrown on floor. No cold milk available on buffet.

Good place to stay

Had to switch rooms because shower were not working right. Only issue is their shower faucets which are not user friendly ! Beds wet very comfortable !

We had no air conditioning in the room. We got in very late and were too exhausted from a long trip to call and get ut fixed. There was a very loud group on the floor with us so we did not get any sleep.

Faux camouflage

The whole place looks like it’s in the middle of repair after a fire: the common area carpeting is truly awful - the mock camouflage looks either dirty or bleached. The most unwelcoming place ever.

Terrible breakfast experience

Not a single ice machine on the property was in working order. The breakfast wasn't very good. On Monday, breakfast went from 6:00 am - 9:00 am. I came down at 6:05 am. They had scrambled eggs and mini cheese omelets. The eggs were barely warm and they had no ketchup. I asked the attendant and they said they were out. The accompanying sausages were literally cold. As if they weren't heated up properly after being taken out of the refrigerator. To boot, the coffee urn was empty. So it must have been there all night and not mad fresh.
