Bed comfort and helpfulness of staff were good (pack n play didn’t have cushion initially but front desk were super helpful with fixing) Poor water pressure, stains all over carpet, loud rattling air unit, poor layout (why is the sink outside of the bathroom? Why is there no trash can in bathroom?) no functioning air fan in bathroom, no microwave in room, poor food quality at breakfast, non functioning ice machine on our floor, unclean pool water, cigarette burn holes in furniture when it’s advertised as a non smoking hotel

The room.was nice. There was a soccer event in town and rooms were occupied by the players. I would have preferred the hotel management to enforce some quiet time rules. Kids were loud in the hallways, running and loud. Parents were not attending their groups. For breakfasts again, there was no organization to the chaos in the breakfast area. Im a mom of 7 so I know kids but in an establishment this was unacceptable.

I want to say that the welcoming staff with checking in was amazing and she was so friendly and such an easy person to talk to. Let me know about other places in the area that I can go to for school shopping. The room was clean and it was decent. It was very well maintained. The only issue we had was the pool. The water was a bit cloudy and it was a bit small but other than that, it was great. I would definitely stay here again.
