Stay away from this property! I booked it solely on reviews which at this point believe were posted by management The lobby of the hotel was disgusting trash all over the place. The carpets in the hallway were old and dirty. They only do housekeeping every 3 days and they don’t even mention that. Bottom line this is NOT worthy of being a Hyatt property

Don’t call them - they won’t answer

The stay was fine but it was the service after I left that leaves this stay the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve travelled for decades and have stayed in 1k+ hotels easily. I forgot my kindle and called to see if housekeeping found it. No one answers answer the phone regularly. When they do they told me to call back. I left a message for the general manager and never even received a return call. I was told in one call that it wasn’t found. Unfortunately I know for an absolute fact I left it on the nightstand. I used the kindle to block the bright alarm clock in the middle of the night. Hyatt should revoke the franchise on this operator.

The ladies were so helpful, even picking up our dinners and helping with directions and door-dash. The Manager was so nasty to the point of calling our room and telling us to GET OUT NOW! He didn't look to see that we extended our stay for the same room for another 2 nights! The nerve! Guess he doesn't like guests to return.
