The room was decent. It gets the job done. No smell in the room. I’ve stayed at nicer ones like in Chicago. They need to spot clean and spot repair the room a bit. But overall I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was a little cold but good. 7.2 out of 10. If I had to stay again I would be okay. Host was friendly. No bugs. Pool kinda small.

None of these things made the place uninhabitable but its not a nice place. In the lobby theres just trash everywhere(left by guest) The TV (which was old) in my room never turned on. I told the front desk and they did nothing. The shower water was hot and the room was clean with no stains. I dont know why people speak so highly about the breakfast. It was so bad. Its just the cheapest flavorless breakfast they could use. It's like a middle school cafeteria with food all over the counters and floor. I didnt even both on the 2nd day. The pool was super tiny and one family took up the whole thing. Plus the children screaming bloody murder. On checkout morning the 1 elevator broke and fhe other was moving super super slow Overall it was just old and outdated. They just need to lower the price for what they have to offer. The staff seems to do their best but its just a rough place.

The first room they tried to put us in smelled like cat pee. We had to wait to get moved. The second room was rundown. Something was leaking from the sink water on the carpet furniture was chipped used stained and dirty refrigerator. Had a weird smell to it pool was cloudy and dirty, and not what it advertised.

Clean room. That’s about it.:( Smells in the room was horrible. The door near my bed that’s connect this room with another. I couldn’t sleep until 3 AM. People was talking very loud. I could hear every word TV was on. I called the receptionist several times. He didn’t pick up after my third try at 4 AM. I ask him to contain this guest who is behind my wall. Another disappointment was in the morning . breakfast was horrifying. Cold scramble eggs without the lead. Old cold pieces of ham. And also disgusting bread I didn’t want touch. Unfortunately, I tried the salsa and spit it out immediately. It was spoiled long time ago. Expiration day was probably six months ago.. when I went to the swimming pool it was another disaster the water they didn’t change for probably a couple of months it was Marky and blurry. with humongous amount of Clorox.

I would say the best part of my experience here was the staff. I gave the hotel a low rating because in a freezing night I was put into a room with no heat only air conditioning was working. Not sure if anyone else wants air conditioning in 20 degree weather. I was moved into another room the next day. The staff were great though its too bad.

I was in shock when I got to my room and saw how unclean it was. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the bed sheet was dirty with a chunk of something stuck to it. Very disappointed and won’t stay there again. I was there last year and it wasn’t this bad. Yuck!

The room was adequate and consistent with price. However, my wife and I couldn't sleep because of all the racket that was happening on the floor above us. It seems that the hotel had booked some teenage basketball team who were creating havoc When I tried to call the front desk to complain the room phone didn't work. Well after midnight the noise and banging stopped we were able to sleep unitl the HVAC at 3:30 am started to make a horrible sound that I thought, at first, was the fire alarm. Instead the unit was vibrating violently which I was able to fix temporarily. In addition, the complimentarty breakfeast was terrible and the restuarant area was not clean. Upon checking out I expressed my dissatisfaction to the clerk who seemed totally disinterested. The hotel should have booked the kids on the first floor not the fourth. Will never stay here again. I didn't have any expectations and amazingly the hotel still disappointed.
