Room was okay- bed comfortable. Pot smoking in the stair well across the hall by staff was annoying as they propped open the fire door and then the smoke and pungency drifted into our room. We arrived after a huge snowstorm, opting to stay overnight near the airport and conclude the adventure in the light of day. It was convenient and cheap for that- warm and clean. Our room had a full sofa and that was nice, too as we had a whole evening to kill. Breakfast was well enough. The diner next door is to be avoided (not good!). My advice- Order food via delivery from something known and standardized.

The staff were great; very kind and helpful. The hotel is in rough shape. It didn’t feel welcoming or clean. I know the hotel can’t always control the visitors, but many people on my floor were up all hours of the night and smoking Marijuana. For someone who doesn’t like the smell of smoke, it was overwhelming. A quick walk down the halls by a staff member could have solved this problem for visitors who do not appreciate the smell or use.

Parking lot snow was not removed properly.had to drive around for about 40 min to wait for a spot after driving 10 hours .. no towels in room or toilet paper had to go down a few times to ask for items.

Front desk staff do their best to accommodate you. Leyah, Chevy, Kevion and Brittany are simply the best and my reason to always come back. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is great, will be back on April.
