Service was excellent. Room was very victorian really enjoyed it. Parking was a bit difficult. Just make sure you drop your bags off before you park, so you don't have to carry them a few blocks. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Very very clean. Very very inviting

Make sure they send an email beforehand

My husband and I are both disabled, but the worst thing is that I received the email after we arrived. Therefore, we didn't know about the much cheaper parking lot that was much closer. We paid more for a spot two tenths of a mile away. A very nice young man helped us with our luggage on our way up the stairs, but we were left to our own devices when leaving. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. I blame this site for not being clear.

Great establishment!

The location is perfectly nestled in the rittenhouse area. The staff was very punctual and easy to work with. The rooms were clean and comfortable! I would recommend this establishment if you’re just visiting friends or family, or on business!
