Noisy room. Not a restful night.

Noise. Noise. Noise. Not from outside, but from the AC and ductwork inside and above the room. It was the worst night I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time. The room was clean but didn’t seem well maintained, e.g. light bulbs were missing in lightning fixtures. The hefty and scammy Resort Fee is just the cherry on the icing …… In the upside, the breakfast buffet was lovely - as you’d expect for that price.

Unfortunately the front desk staff upsold us on a bunch of stuff we did not understand and we wound up having to pay an extra $300 at check out. Also the hallways and rooms we saw are sorely in need of an update. We won't be staying here again.

Very happy with the level of service. There was a confusion with the type of room reserved, but the staff saw to it that we were upgraded to a suite-level room and were very conscientious of making sure we were pleased with our stay. Mateo at the front desk was very polite, professional and helpful. Well done. Will stay again.

Old hotel

Dated old hotel. Needs serious remodeling especially in bathrooms. Didn’t find very clean either. Pillows need to be replaced. Room was big which was plus and Nespresso was a good feature, but only 1 paper cup was provided. Location is great, but overall not worth for over $300.

Aside from the location of the hotel, which was convenient to so many sites, this hotel was average. It had the potential to be outstanding but was really just so-so beginning with the awkward driveway and valet service and ending with the same: a 35 minute wait for our car (which cost a whopping $69.00/night).
