Everything was pretty good. The staff last night when I checked in was very accommodating and I can’t say enough about the person at the desk named PJ this morning he did everything his power to help me and accommodate me for my extension and I can’t take him enough.

It was what it was. A cheap airport hotel that is in need of cosmetic repairs, which I can see they are working on. The smell of weed in the hallway was diabolical, but to each their own

The condition of the place, overall, is poor and the room wasn’t as clean as I hoped (the bathroom had many stray hairs on the sink and toilet) and the comforter on the bed had a large yellow stain on in. The solo receptionist was friendly but they were clearly understaffed. It served it purpose for an overnight stay and is so close to the airport but I don’t plan to stay here again.

Staff were very pleasant. But floor was under major renovation and the cold water main was off so only had hot water. Couldn’t shower—too hot. Toilet didn’t fill so had to use ice bucket to fill tank to flush. I was allowed to shower in a different room on same floor.
My room was just after the debris on floor.

I appreciated the staff on my last day and getting me to the airport. However, on arrival Daniel put me on the upper floors that were dirty and said there was no rooms on first floor that was better than the other floors. When I brought the issue of cleanliness up on 2nd and 3rd floor to Expedia then Krishna moved me to the first floor. The first room was smelly and stuffy. The second room TV didn't work, the window glass was broken so cold air was coming in and internet worked well only on the first floor. Any case, I understand they are remodeling but they could have been more honest on the reviews because the main reason I took the hotel was because the rating of cleanliness was high and transportation was convenient. I tipped the driver well because he was great. Also I appreciated Krishna accommodating me with what he could. Thanks

The room was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. There was a lingering smell or marijuana through out the main floor. The carpets were filthy! The pictures provided on Expedia of the room did not match the room. Please update your photos so that guest realize what they are actually booking. The man at the front desk was very friendly and polite. But the building itself is run down and needs a good clean. I NEVER leave bad reviews but this was such a disappointment! We contemplated leaving and going to book another hotel.
