The customer service from the front desk clerk was awful and rude. The room was dingy. The bathroom was filthy didn’t want to step a foot in the tub. Or sit my bottom on the toilet! There were spots in the sheets. The rooms had a damp feel and didn’t smell the best. The so called breakfast was very minimal like they didn’t have enough for the hotel. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN OR SPEND MY MONEY HERE.

We missed our connection and when we chose to stay close to the airport based on the pictures , and these have nothing to do with the reality!! Hallway and Room carpets are nasty, the room was humid and smelling of a mix between weed and mold.. For $50/night, I wouldnt have complained but for $140, it is terrible and a shame! Also, the shuttle’s AC was blasting heat, already bringing the experience to the level of what was coming to us next… Never again!!

The property looks great from the outside but the room was dirty. Mold and dirt in the bathroom and the room smelled like a wet basement.

It's exactly what you pay for but the staff is friendly and the shuttle driver Dallar is the best. Hotel is dirty, rooms smelly, and AC super loud. For a few hours is an ok stay.

The carpet throughout the hotel was very badly stained and worn. Hotel was cleaned as best it could be, but the carpet in the room was damp around the refrigerator and air conditioner. The tub looked very old with deep stains near the base, not something that can just be cleaned out but stains and wear that require replacement. I'm upset that I paid so much for such an outdated and poorly maintained hotel. Staff was nice, too bad they have to work here.
