I travel a lot... It's a good thing! I did EVERYTHING born in me to be polite and engaging. I'd rather SLEEP IN A RENTAL CAR in a BLIZZARD in WISCONSIN before I EVER gave that hotel another dime of mine... That's my honest! The Management is RUDE and dismissive... STAY AWAY!

The property is exactly what you pay for. The good. The room was clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, the shower was HOT with good pressure. The bad. Because of the low price for rooms, it draws people that look a little sketchy, they are renovating so all amenities are not available, and there was the smell of smoke in the room even tho the entire property is non smoking. Personally, I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The housekeeping staff did not speak English or at least none of the ones I spoke to. I would stay here again. Im 60, female, and i felt safe.... maybe not walking around alone at night in the parking lot. I found this property to be very comfortable and accommodating.

The hallway smelled very bad like cigarettes and others stuff. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty with blood stains. I walked into the room and checked out didn’t even asked for a refund. I refuse to lay my head in a dirty place with my kids.

This facility has new management, and has gone down to the point that it’s infested with bedbugs, and roaches. Dirty linen up and down the hall. Housekeeping sitting on the floor looking at it. Rooms were dirty. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

My stay was quite disappointing. The toilet flush was broken, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. The carpet was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly maintained. However, the breakfast quality was good.

The room was disgusting it wasn’t even cleaned at all from the previous people. The bathroom had blood spots on the floor. Mold, rust and dirt all around the tub. There was poop and pee stains all in and around the toilet.The bed linen was dirty and probably not even changed only had one clean pillow and don’t even know if that was actually clean. The place is basically a motel or worse It was just disgusting and I would never come back. It was too nasty to even have pictures of it on my phone. Would never recommend. And the room and hotel smell was very off.

I was asked to surrender my DL to the Front desk in order to use the luggage cart in the lobby. That ought to tell you everything you need to know about this property! But there's more. No working phones in any of the rooms. Use your cellphone to call the corporate number then get transferred to the front desk. One microwave, (dirty), in the lobby for all guest to use. No hot water in the sink, took 20 minutes to get H/W out of the shower. Front desk person, let's just say "not very helpful". I wouldn't even think to eat in this place. I would not stay here if someone paid me to.

Airport shuttle was great. Hotel was dirty, pubic hair in the bathtub, dirty laundry in the hallways. Remote for the tv only worked 10% of the time. Requests for repair went unanswered. Morning desk person not too pleasant, but check in/owner was very nice. Only green tea, no black tea with breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and room temp was good. Room was reasonably priced.
