This home is filled with character and thoughtfully designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable. It features three bedrooms, a dedicated office, and 2.5 bathrooms. The spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining room, and an eat-in kitchen overlooks the expansive backyard.

• Family-Friendly Design: The home is well-equipped for families, with a family room featuring a large TV, a train table with toys, and a closet full of games and puzzles. One bedroom even includes a bunk bed and a `Nugget` sofa for kids. A pack `n play and high chair are available upon request.

After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.
The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details
-No unregistered guests. No parties or other gatherings.
-No smoking in the house.
-The septic system is fragile; please only use septic-safe toilet paper and flush nothing else. Don’t flush feminine products or baby wipes.
-Please remove shoes in the house to help keep the carpets clean.
-Make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and TV when you leave the house.
-Report anything that is broken or needs repair so we can keep the house maintained for the next guests.
-Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
-No food in the bedrooms, please.
-Guests are responsible for the trash bins (bring to end of driveway and back up to front of garage) while staying at the house.
