The front desk associate was very friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. The room itself was adequate. Absolutely no amenities-- not even a chair at the desk. No microwave, no fridge, tiny TV, no coffee or coffee maker. Bed was clean as were the towels. Bathroom had some issues: cracking sink, rotten wood around door, bowing side wall (water damage?) side molding was coming off. The price was too high for what was -or wasn't -- offered. Denny's next door. Didn't expect much, didn't need much. Got exactly what I expected.

Front office clerk was rude while checking in, the room 628 was allotted, where the heater was not working, just 2 pillows were given, the blanket was very thin and couldn’t get myself warm enough to survive the night. The room had no chairs, only one piece of towel was provided in the bathroom. Possibilities of bedbugs in the room. Would never go back or recommend someone to stay there.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful when I got lost and couldn’t find the hotel. That’s the only good thing. The room was gross and the bathroom was filthy. The desk has no chair.

It was roaches in my room booed a stay for four days snowed in and stuck for two they gave me one rag one towel one floor towel also no tv no microwave no mini fridge had to switch my room second room my had a tv one rag one towel and the toilet ran water every 30 mins and the toilets wss leaking from the back bad not clean nothing like the pictures but it’s quiet and peaceful

Lobby in pictures is not used and locked to public. Staff comes and goes as they please, leaving the desk area with no one there and there is the issue of the NON ENGLISH SPEAKING staff that knocks on doors for you tovacate even when you are paid til the next day. There are NO AMENITIES!! ONE towel that should be a rag, no fridge, no microwave, no toilet paper and no hair dryer. Drug addicts overdose here on a regular basis. State police and ambulances are a NORMAL THING

Everything was in deplorable conditions. The toliet was completely off and not bolted down. The tub had a 2in gap around the whole tubs middle section where cold air was coming in. It was so cold, maintenance never responded.Only one towels and wash cloth called front desk and they said it was coming, never showed up. It completely started my vacation off on the wrong foot. Couldn't check out because everything was booked. Checked out first thing next day. I feel completely taken advantage of. Staff Couldn't speak English. Uhgg! Horrible! Can't believe the hot water took a half hr. to get hot. I have NEVER stayed in anywhere with the Wyndham name on it that looked like this!. I would appreciate a FULL REFUND!

The gentleman at the front desk was professional , polite, and efficient. The room. No television, which is fine but one was advertised. 1 very small very thin towel. No wash rag. The floor was filthy, leaving our socks black. Bathroom lining at the bottom of wall was coming off with long nails sticking out where they were supposed to be the wall.

If I could give less than a star I would. It doesn’t at all deserve 1 star. We booked a 2 double née room for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 kids. There was only 3 pillows and no towels. The phone did not work. We had to go to reception and insist on having at least 2 towels. The receptionist refused to give us a pillow and finished by “you got what you paid for”. We ended up buying a pillow in the end. The room was durty, tub broken, noisy as it’s on the highway. Will most definitely never go back to this place

The heater didn’t work when you turned it on it made loud noises like it was going to blow up. They didn’t have an extra blanket so I froze most of the night temp outside was 28 degrees. The tv had a crack down the muddle of it. But the guy at the front was very nice and offered a late check out at no additional charge so we will see if he follows through. Because I did not get much sleep and the bathtub had soap scum in it and only one towel
