One of the worst Hotel I stayed, I booked a none spoke room and as I enter the room it was such a high odor of smoke, I have asthma I have a hard time breathing in such a high odor, I called the front desk and they change my room

I felt like the front door was a lil unsafe because of the lock it was about 5 different holes 1 that really bothered me was under the sink made me think rats or any kind of rodents could come in three that hole. Only 2 pillows on the bed I wouldn’t go back!!!!!

I was given a room in the far building with a door that didn't lock and then the attendant was going to "leave" me there and purportedly return and fix it--exactly how I do not know. I refused to accept the room. He then escorted me back to the building where his desk was and he said there was a room close by to the main desk, which we had originally passed by on the way to the room in the far building, which I had originally asked about. I felt unsafe and did not trust the situation. I decided not to stay there and went to a different hotel instead.

Upon arriving to the hotel we saw people in sleeping bags all around the property. There were also people just walking around. We did not feel comfortable with 2 year old twins in the car, but since we had already paid, we decided to check it out. The person at the front desk was gracious and professional. That's the only reason I bumped this up a star. The listing said cribs were available, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have cribs. The room was ok, mostly clean, except the bathroom, but when the people in the room next door started making noise at 10:30 pm, we had to ask to be moved. Since there were no other rooms available we were forced to leave. I do not recommend this hotel!
