This space was amazing! So spacious and absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Having guaranteed parking was also a huge benefit in this area, or any area in Philly. The owner was super communicative and replied within minutes to any questions, though all information was provided before the stay. There is a decent gym in the basement, and a Starbucks, Target and grocery store right across the street. The only issue we had was the next door neighbor blasting the TV all night long- to where we had to wear noise cancelling headphones because the walls were so thin. But a soon as I alerted the owner in the morning she said she was looking into it, so I probably could have reached out during the night. Overall, we were so happy and will likely return!

Let’s start with the sink being stopped up in the main bathroom. It has a smell in the kitchen area which happens to be from water leaking from upstairs somewhere. The sheets had hair on them it was not a good experience the bed definitely was an old sofa bed mattress or at least felt and looked like one. Unfortunately I can’t leave one star.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious

Our family had a comfortable stay here - everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was stocked with the basics (spices, cooking oil, ground coffee, electric kettle); the apartment was spacious, and it was quiet throughout our stay. The property grounds did smell somewhat of dogs, but that didn't bother us once we were in the apt. Very convenient location, across from Target, Sprouts and Giant. Would definitely return.

TrustBnB Philadelphia Penn Relays 2025

My stay was very comfortable. The property was clean and tidy, always is! I enjoyed having a parking garage available and a part of the package. The laundry option is something that I planned on, adding value to the package! Communication with the owner was and is always good! They made sure that the property was clean and safe! I have stayed at this property for several years and look forward to returning again next year!

Despite multiple dark curly hairs in both bathroom showers, and a dishwasher soap dispenser door that wouldn't close (soap doesn't get dispensed at right point in cycle), we would stay here again. The door doesn't keep out the hallway noises, especially the banging of the door to the courtyard that is directly outside the unit. Still, other than the showers, the place seemed clean and tidy. It's close to the broad line subway (that had drug use aboard about half the time we used it, but still didn't feel especially unsafe). It was a good value in a pretty good location to use public transit to explore center city Philadelphia.
